Jennifer’s place was perfect for our family getaway. The process was seamless from selection through check out. The condo was crisp and casual allowing for us to feel relaxed. The community was welcoming and offers safe access to walking paths. There were multiple teams in the resort, however we always had our privacy. There was never any issue with crowded areas or noise. Come to Relax/Enjoy

Jennifer was a great host! The Condo was just as described and worked very well for our stay down in Florida. There was a grocery store within walking distance, a very good Pizza place (Mia Pizza), and it was a pretty quite neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back down to the Davenport area.

Jennifer was a great host, proactive in messaging us days leading up to trip and while we were staying! Regal palms is a great place to stay so many things for both children and adults to do and stay busy! Close drive to parks and for my case family! The place was very clean and had everything we needed, the pack and play and high chair were helpful! We definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay. Close to everything and with everything in Orlando traffic was easy to judge - leave early. Kitchen had everything you needed. All an all a very nice place to stay!

Excellent location near parks and highways. The house is very comfortable and spacious, and the resort had all amenities. Ideal for families. Jennifer was very attentive and helpful at all times.

Jennifer's place was perfect for our extended weekend stay! It was super clean and she was a great host! We especially enjoyed having the beach sunset views and the location was very convenient!

The condo was great and met all of our needs. It had everything that was advertised and was exactly as described. The location was perfect- close to the parks, local shops, and a Publix (which was definitely a win!). The host was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s place so much! The unit is a little older, but it made it feel even more cozy and like we were at home. There was plenty of seating and the beds were very comfortable. There were extra linens and everything was clean. Jennifer’s response time was incredible! We had one little hiccup, but she quickly responded and helped remedy it. It is a little further out from the parks and such, but honestly we really enjoyed that part. It was quiet and we felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again and suggest it to others! Thank you so much Jennifer!

I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Jennifer. Had a couple minor issues and she was on top of it. The condo was just as it’s advertised.

Really nice place to stay, host was very responsive and let me know ahead of time when the maintenance guy was coming to fix something. She stated that the maintenance guy can wait to do his job if it didn’t fit into my schedule. Host is also very accommodating and the location is really nice!
