Comfortable stay at great value, no hotel service. **Current low rate reflects hotel-owned amenities that are damaged or closed, which is beyond the host control. Ideal for guests who love a beach and ocean view. **Primary guest must provide a valid ID on secured form for verification purposes.

Booking a private studio is distinct from reserving a hotel room. Unlike hotels, private vacation homes do not offer 24-hour services. While hosts cannot oversee every aspect at all times, I prioritize delivering precise listing details and fostering seamless communication. Embracing individuals from diverse backgrounds, I ensure clear expectations and open dialogue to guarantee each guest experiences a 5-star stay. Hotel amenities are storm damaged and closed by hotel owner and condo owner only have control inside of uni. Please don't booking if you cann't stand the damaged amenities and without hotel service. Special Low rate reflected amenity closure. Direct oceanfront condo. Perfect location for vacations and getaways. 3 miles from the boardwalk. The unit is located on fourth floor so you are able to see captivating views of the beach. Due to two recent Hurricanes, the pools, pool deck, tiki bar, parking garage are currently shut down by hotel developer. Beach alley is north side of the building. High moisture is normal and expected for beach front property. There is a dehumidifier in the room. Guests need to empty the tank if they need the remove moisture. The Balcony/walkway, chairs and table are shared. The table and chairs are for anyone to take and use. Beach chair rental is available on the beach so host donot provide beach chairs. Parking is unsigned on southside parking lot. One parking pass is inside the condo unit. Host have no control on parking lot. The owners and hosts are not affiliated with the hotel. No hotel service, not front desk service. Night time security is available for the building. We pride ourselves on offering a comfortable and welcoming environment that delivers exceptional value to our guests without aiming for luxury, perfection, or hotel-like service. While normal wear and tear, minor damage form prior guests and occasional unexpected issues exist in every home, I prioritize providing precise listing details and seamless communication to ensure clear expectations and open dialogue.

To help ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests reach out to us before booking—or withdraw your request—if any of the following applied to your previous stays. We also offer a grace period for guests to cancel their booking with a full refund 1. Age & Identity Verification: Due to liability concerns and past issues involving parties, smoking, and excessive alcohol use, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book. A valid driver’s license must be provided and verified immediately after booking. Guests who engage in illegal drug use, aggressive behavior, or violate local laws during their stay will be subject to immediate cancellation and removal from the property. 2. Distance Requirement (Over 3 Hours Drive) We only accept bookings from guests located more than a 3-hour driving radius from the property. Based on past experience, some local guests have booked short stays, then attempted to cancel for refunds using questionable claims—and in some cases, left retaliatory reviews when refunds or free stays were not granted. This behavior is unfair to both hosts and future guests. 3. Positive Airbnb History Required We welcome guests with a history of positive stays. A 5-star Airbnb rating reflects overall satisfaction and value—not perfection or hotel-style service. Guests with an average rating below 4.6 (either given or received), or who have left or received a 3-star review or lower, must contact us before booking to discuss any prior issues. We do not accommodate guests who have posted retaliatory or misleading reviews due to denied refunds, house rule violations, or early/late check-in requests. Guests without review must confirm they have read everything and house rule to avoid miscommunication. 4. Booking Guest Must Check In/Out: The guest who makes the reservation must be the one to check in and check out. This ensures clear communication and accountability throughout the stay. For same-day check-in bookings, kindly reach out to us before completing your reservation to confirm that the home will be ready for your check-in time. Mattress firmness or softness is a personal preference. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to ensure your comfort. HOTEL AMENITIES: owned by the hotel proprietor, have unfortunately sustained damage due to the recent storm, leading to their closure by the hotel management. As condo owners, we are actively engaged in efforts to urge the hotel owner to prioritize the repair of these amenities or explore the possibility of selling them to our condo owner association. It's important to note that the current low rate reflects the absence of these amenities and host only has control on unit inside. TRASH/TRASH REMOVAL- You will be expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags in appropriate disposal area. There are cans located by all stairwells as well as near the elevators that guests can use. All garbage MUST BE placed into plastic bags. LINENS: This is a private condo and daily housekeeping is NOT available to guests. Please do NOT give our towels to any resort staff or place them in any receptacle in the resort. We do inventory the condo before and after each guest and missing linens will result in additional charges. FURNITURE: If, during your stay, you find it necessary to reposition furniture in the condo then please do so with extreme care and reinstate everything to its original location before your departure. Any damage resulting from the moving of furniture will be charged to you. If we have to move the furniture back after your departure, we will charge the cost to you as it entails sending staff specifically to the property to undertake this task. The host cannot be held responsible for utilities, internet, hotel amenity repairs, maintenance shutdowns, or the behavior of neighboring guests, as these are beyond host control. The housekeeper provides an initial supply of toilet paper, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional toiletries and consumables as needed. We do not have daily linen service or housekeeping services during your stay. There is a laundry room on premise with coin-operated machines as well as snack machines and an ice maker for your convenience. We host 1 condo unit in the hotel and have parking permit only: *** Host cannot control or be responsible for hotel amenity repair and maintenance shut down or neighbor guest's behavior. *** Free parking parking will be relocated from the South Site Parking Lot to 2405 to 2679 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118, at Bellair Plaza cross the street from the condo building ( where Walgreens and Publix located). The condo HOA rented the area in the red circle in map message. The hotel developer owns the parking and amenities, which are currently closed. As condo owners, we have no control over these facilities until the developer sells them to the HOA. Parking permit required to avoid parking violation and towing expense. Parking permit is inside the unit for guest to use and leave it where was found for next guest to use (There will be fee $75 for replacing lost parking permit). Guests are requested to promptly acknowledge the booking information and house rules by submitting the required form along with their ID after completing the booking process. The platform permits hosts to send the necessary weblink only after the booking is confirmed. We encourage guests to review and sign the acknowledgment within 2 hours of booking to prevent any potential miscommunication or delays. Alternatively, guests may choose to cancel their booking within 2 hours to free up the listing calendar and receive a full refund. We strive to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable stay with realistic expectations. Nearby shops, restaurants are in walking distance, Daytona Boardwalk and Pier / Famous Main Street is only 3 miles and Ormond Beach is within couple miles from Resort. We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check in: 4:00 PM and Check out: 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we may be able to accommodate for an additional fee, subject to availability and approval by our cleaning team. However, since we can't predict same-day bookings, cleaning must begin at 11 a.m. to ensure the home is ready by 4 p.m. Alternatively, you can extend your stay at a discounted rate if the calendar permits. The hotel owner closed the garage and amenities they owned. Starting Feb 1, 2025, Condo HOA rents parking at 2405 to 2679 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118, at Bellair Plaza cross the street from the condo building ( where Walgreens and Publix located). The condo HOA rented the area in the red circle The hotel developer owns the parking and amenities, which are currently closed. Location
**Due to the garage being shut down, parking is available in parking lot to the South of the resort for guest parking. **Parking permit is in the unit for guest to use and guest has to return the permit for next guest. There is $45 charge if guest did not leave the tag for next guest.
