The home is 2 mile from H20 water park and Disney water park. Guests are welcome to check and book our other listings with free pool usage, but smaller home. ** Extra cleaning fee maybe charged if the grill is used and uncleaned. The resort HOA and builder are working on repairing exterior building problem in the resort. It should not be much effect on interior stay. No smoke, No animal, No Party or event No locals, No food/drink, No outside shoes on carpet area. While normal wear and tear, minor damage form prior guests and occasional unexpected issues exist in every home, I prioritize providing precise listing details and seamless communication to ensure clear expectations and open dialogue.

We welcome all feedback and suggestions. However, please note that we are unable to provide alternative accommodations, free stays, or refunds for minor issues or circumstances beyond our control. Some outside repairs are planed in future by the HOA and Builder. These are outside the home owner's control and will not impact the comfort or quality of the guest's stay. As with any vacation home, occasional issues may arise due to cleaner's over look, normal wear and tear or damages caused by prior guests. We strive to address any problems promptly to ensure your comfort. However, if unforeseen issues arise and significantly impact your experience, we would rather guests choose to cancel their stay than feel dissatisfied or uncomfortable. Your enjoyment and satisfaction are our top priorities. For same-day check-in bookings, kindly reach out to us before completing your reservation to confirm that the home will be ready for your check-in time. One bedroom with king bed, one and half bath on first floor. Three other bedrooms and three bath on second floor. The temperature is supposed in a range of 72°F to 78°F to ensure optimal comfort and to safeguard both the environment and the equipment. An environmental sensor may adjust the settings if necessary. Please let us know if you have any special requests. Mattress firmness or softness is a personal preference. The housekeeper provides an initial supply of toilet paper, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional toiletries and consumables as needed. Ring outside camera installed for the protection of guests, housekeepers, contractors and home owner. Guests have no permission to cover, remove the camera or wifi internet. Please do not book if you feel unconfortable about the security measure. Pet and animal are not allowed for guests by the resort. Since we listed the home as animal free home, any animal smell, hair left in the home will be found out by housekeepers and later guests. Airbnb and Resort have service animal rules to follow. Guest is responsible for cleaning charge min $500, plus damage repair, rent loss, resort fine if house rule is broken or damaged is caused by guest bring animal. High ceiling living room light and window are not cleaned every turnover because it is not safe for housekeeper to cleaning high area every time. small area duck condensation stain on the high ceiling will be fixed by the builder. For everyone’s peace of mind, no home is perfect to everyone, home is about 6 year old, wear and tear are normal, things can happen and be out of host control, Guests can terminate to book a different home if the home is not good fit. We can refund the unused nights. We cannot provide alternative home to guest. The home has carpet floor in bedrooms. It may have damp smell due to Florida humility and vacation home vacancy. shampooed about every 6month. Please do not consume food or drink on carpet area. Vacation home kitchen is basic for those who plan to prepare simple meals while not enjoying the area restaurants on vacation.
